The Hub for Innovation + Vibrant Expression (The HIVE, CASE E380) is a social hub for CU Boulder's language learning and teaching community. On any given day you might stumble across an Italian conversation table debating over the best coffee, students conversing in Thai, or a lively game of German Monopoly, all underscored by the hypnotic beat of the latest samba music. The HIVE @ALTEC is never a dull place.

HIVE Hours

Spring 2025 finals week: 

Friday, May 2 (Reading Day): 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Closed Saturday - Sunday

Monday, May 5 - Tuesday, May 6: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Wednesday, May 7: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 

Closed for summer May 8 - August 20

Fall/spring semester hours:

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

Closed Monday, September 1 for Labor Day
